For five years from 2006-2010, Eternal Bummer Records head honcho Ivan Raczycki combined their love of the holiday season, Christmas community, and Bright Eyes-like ambitious DIY into an annual collection of carol corralling called the Hanora for the Holidays series. Come Christmas time, a different batch of Huron County and beyond seasonal song singers got together and home-recorded (most frequently on a BOSS BR-1200CD Digital Recording Workstation and in many holiday homes from Clinton to Goderich to Kingston and beyond) full albums of classic, contemporary, and original Christmas songs to burn to CDRs and hand out to family, friends, and supporters, with sales going to the Huron County Christmas Bureau. For the first time, all FIVE albums are available in their entirety online as HANORA for the HOLIDAYS: The Complete Collection. It includes:

The Hanora for the Holidays tradition is a part of a lifelong all-consuming love and infatuation with the Christmas season that has extended to many scattered holiday releases from the Raczycki family and was also the genesis for Eternal Bummer Records' own Eternal Holidaze compilation series.
